Bryan Evans

Elder

Originally from the Queen City—Cincinnati, Ohio—Bryan Evans brings both heart and wisdom to his role as an elder at U Movement Church. With a passion for people and a deep love for the Word, Bryan is all about seeing lives restored and communities transformed through the power of the Holy Spirit.

His journey in education and ministry is as rich as it is inspiring. Bryan holds a bachelor’s degree in education from Central State University, a master’s in educational leadership from Xavier University, and a specialist degree in literacy curriculum and instruction from Columbus State University. (Yes, he’s serious about learning—and about helping others grow too!)

At the core of Bryan’s ministry is a deep burden to see the church truly live out its calling as ministers of reconciliation, as described in 2 Corinthians 5:14-21. He believes in the church being a place where broken lives are restored and people are empowered to walk in freedom and purpose.

Bryan has been happily married to his amazing wife, Bella, since 2009. Together they’re raising their vibrant daughter, Xolani, in Marietta, Georgia, where they’ve been part of the Cobb County community since 2012.

Whether he’s preaching, mentoring, or just grabbing coffee with a friend, Bryan leads with authenticity, joy, and a deep desire to see others encounter God’s love.
